Jewellery is the jewellery division of Chelsea Bead Co. I
started designing and creating jewellery in 1999 using
semi-precious stones and techniques of silversmithing. My
original designs include earrings, necklaces, bracelets,
pendants and rings, in sterling silver and 14K gold.
Our jewellery is suitable for gifts and
personal wear. We provide custom order to our growing
clientele.
I have taken jewellery courses at the Haliburton School of
Fine Arts, Algonquin College, the Saidye Bronfman Centre for
the Arts (in Montreal) and the Ottawa School of Art.

Ojime
is the name of a small bead
used to tighten the strings that hold a pouch or small box onto
the belt of a kimono.
These beads are
carved and represent animals or mythical creatures.
